The Appeal of Deal……

Deal is often voted the prettiest seaside town in Kent and regularly in the national press.

Kent property finding agents Beth and Anita of Relocate to East Kent know it very well, and live in Deal and nearby Kingsdown.

So if you would like independent advice and help on moving or relocating to Deal and the surrounding area look no further.

Deal is where the North Sea and English Channel meet, its just 25 miles to France which is easily visible across the sea.

A popular holiday destination with quaint streets and ancient buildings. A Saturday Market, independent shops and interesting delis and cafés, quality restaurants, pubs and hotels.

Artist studios and live music.

In 1968 Middle Street was made the 1st conservation area in Kent. The old fisherman’s cottages and houses are very pretty and a delight to walk and wander amongst.

With also a rich maritime history,  naval and military, plus the castles of Deal and Walmer there is plenty to see and do.

The current Deal Pier was built in 1957, is grade two listed and is a perfect spot to walk, watch the fishermen or have a drink or meal at the restaurant.

If you want fresh fish there is a regular catch on the seafront, including crabs.

Do you fancy sea swimming then Deal is perfect with many people swimming daily. It's good for your health!

An easy commute, plus a station that is walkable so no need to drive.

Very popular schools and nearby Grammar schools.

We have this year helped clients move to Deal who wanted an easy day trip to London, a sense of community, safety and security in their older age, no need for a car as can walk to town or the beach and a perfect work/life family balance.

It's the perfect town.
