We are very open about our property search fees.

Our objective is to accommodate a client’s search requirements, therefore tailor-making a package to suit our differing clients.

We charge an Initial Instruction Fee on purchases and rentals alike.

Our pricing structure depends on your specific requirements.

This Includes

• A detailed discussion to assertion your fullest requirements

• Preparation and presentation of a thorough report

• Compilation of a list of suitable properties

We offer a comprehensive range of property services

1. Full Package

Our full package starts from £2000 payable on exchange of contracts, we will complete all of the above and:

• Contact the property sellers

• View any suitable properties and complete a  report on each property 

• Compile a shortlist

• Discuss in detail to enable you to reach your decision 

• Negotiate on your behalf 

• Manage through to completion

We work and negotiate solely on behalf of our clients to secure the best possible terms.

2. Bespoke Package

Fees can be personalised, subject to your specific requirements and which services you require.  

3. Purchasing Land

We can source land for clients or developers alike, our fees start from 1.75% on the purchase price.

4. Home Rental

The Rental Property Search fee is a pre-agreed fixed fee and is usually equivalent to half a months rent. This is dependent on the value of the property. ​

5. Property Management 

We can also manage your property after purchase or if you have a property already.
