Herne Bay is commutable from London, southeastern trains run an hourly service to St Pancras International and average commuter times are one hour.

Who wouldn't enjoy living by the sea but also having a nearby country park.

With two miles of sand and shingle beach, and a wonderful array of colourful beach huts.

Would the children, and maybe the adults and grandparents too love crabbing on the pier? Then an ice cream in one of Herne Bays parlours, or a tasty meal in a top rated restaurant.

 Not to mention good top rated schools. 

There's Herne Bay Memorial Park, Walton Gardens, and the Reculver County Park which has so much archaeological and geological history plus the marshes and wildlife.

Herne Bay is not so well known as its nearby neighbour Whitstable so you can get a lot more property for your money, but maybe for not much longer as word spreads about all it has to offer.
